Encourages the resident to set himself free from negative emotions by discussing and resolving what happened in the past to his family. This is done by a heartfelt discussion, together with the resident’s family and the resident himself. They are brought to a functional room where they communicate each other’s side of the story clearly and honestly and respecting the other person’s point of view by paying attention and listening well to the person who is talking. Forgiveness and letting go of his feelings of resentment and anger are the main goals we try to achieve for this service.

Recreational activities can be an outlet for emotions, thoughts and energy. While, Sports refers to any type of organized physical activity. Physical exercise/sports can play a positive role in anger and stress management. The type of recreational and sporting activities people participate in are determined by age, gender, local context and socioeconomic status. Recreation and sports activities are an enjoyable and effective way to improve health and well-being; they can relieve stress, increase fitness, improve physical and mental health, and prevent the development of chronic diseases. The residents can also influence their self-confidence and self-esteem. The activities included for recreation are exercises, yoga, group activities, arts and craft, play and cognitive activities, puzzles and many more. Activities included for sports are basketball, volleyball and table tennis.
